Black Cohosh Capsule Dosage
My midwife has recommended black cohosh to encourage labor.
The capsules I got contain 135mg of one type of black cohosh and 40mg or another, so 175mg total.
She did not give me a dosage (and of course I forgot to ask) and I really don't want to wake her up this late.
I have heard of people taking one 500mg capsule 3 times a day to help induce labor.
So, what can I take? is 2 capsules every 3 hours okay? Ready to get things underway so what is the most I can take safely?
