group b test tmi

Had the worst experience at Dr office yesterday. Did the group b test .
I have had three before this and never had the big q tip actually go inside my rectum..
OUCH!!!! Is this normal..

Yeah wwhen I got the group b test and I thought okay just a swab but then they went downword tord my rectum and I was like ohhh okay I guess that's what they have to do. So your not the only one

Lol...I forget everytime how they do it, but my doc tends to be as less invasive as possible (I had mine done Tues) and although she just did a no look swipe there, I was still, like, HEaaLLO!?! I guess everyone is different and the area is pretty sensitive as it is, but I didnt get any actual 'insertion'.
