C section

I have had 2 c sections and recovered well from both. Now I am heading for a 3 rd c section and I am now 37 yrs old. Wondering would the recovery be harder this time. Any of you ladies had any experience of this.

Here's a refresher for you on recovering from the birth from Week 39 of the I'm Expecting app. Hopefully this advice will help you have a quick, healthy recovery. And congratulations!

You should be fine as its been 6 year between pregnancies I don't think age will make any difference in 28 and this one was hard on me not coz of age but two pregnancies in a year takes it toll as does two sections in a year lol

I had my last section six years ago, and would also like to get my tubes tied. Pregnancy going good at the minute. 37 now I hope it's not going to be harder. Thanks for your reply.

I've just had my 3rd and final section and this one has been the hardest I must say but then again I had my second only 13 months ago so it could be to do with that or the fact I had my tubes tied this time I also got an infection so my womb didn't contract straight away and had to have anti biotics for a week I'm doing ok now I'm 2weeks 2 days postpartum now and I'm pretty much back to my self except I'm still bleeding on and off I think it depend on when your last section was and how the operation goes and if there's any complications or not with my 2nd I was up and going only 6 hrs after having it I felt fine and had no problems what so ever this time was a whole different story
