Cervical Cerclage at 15weeks

Hi ladies
Yesterday I had a cervical cerclage at 15weeks 5 days due to a history of preterm labor. First daughter went into preterm at 30wks and had her at 36weeks. Second preterm at 20weeks and unfortunately lost him. Third no complications what so ever but due my history they said a stitch was in my best interest.
With all that being said was wondering if anyone can relate or share a success story
Thanks in Advance!

Hi ladies,There is no pain with getting the procedure done, just light period like pain straight after but nothing major. I have need to take progesterone every night to keep cervix nice and strong. I do normal activities but no exercise besides walking and pilates :) good luck to you all and know that it is a very positive thing x

Hi, same as me....lost my 1st at 24w due to incompetent cervix and lost her but had success with my 2 other preg with a stick put in anywhere between 12-14weeks. The stich is a god send, had successful preg until full term. Now preg again with 3rd and going in next week for the same procedure at 14w :) good luck!
