HELPPPPP .

Im 38+4 weeks and i have not dialated not even half a cm . does this mean im going to have to get c section ? why doesnt she want to come out already . i cant take the pains anymore :( and i dont want to get c section can anybody help me this is my first pregnancy . and its driving me crazy :(

You still have time. I showed no signs with either of my first two, until labor started...one was 40w, the other 40w3d! Hang in there!

I'm laying in a hospital bed now 5 days overdue. They gave me cervidil & the contractions are coming. I too was slow to dilate. Dnt worry it will b okay.

You're not even 40 weeks yet. You still have some time yet to go. Depending on the protocols of your provider, when you get too far overdue, you may have to be induced. This is not the same as a c section.  They inject you with a hormone which forces you to start having contractions. You shouldn't need a c section.
