Happy Mothers day to all the wonderful ladies on this forum - including fur Mommies!
Chloe and my DH are MIA right now, I hope their out getting breakfast!

My fur baby, Horton has planned a lovely day for me - or maybe that was lovely day for him.  Sleeping in the sun and eating.

LOL!! I was wondering what the heck a fur mommy was too?  

I do actually like my little fur baby a lot more than my bratty 19 year old these days! LOL!   They just love you unconditionally, no questions asked.   I feel bad, however, as I took my little girl in to get spayed on Friday...that's not cool on Mother's Day weekend...poor girl!

LOL...my little girl shredded our carpeting by the patio door..I almost died.   She's also chewed up the edges on two of my throw rugs!! Ugh!!

Yes Fur babies are our pets, (well pets with fur.)
We give them so much love.  We wait on them hand and foot and we spend so much time worrying about them that they might as well be children.  When they get sick we rush them off in a panic to " the other family doctor" The Vet and never think about the cost until hit with the bill.  They destroy our furniture, walls and rugs and we still give them unconditional love.  
That is why I added them in.  They think we are their Moms and we are.

I had a Schnauzer when I was growing up, she was wonderful.

Lisa - is a fur baby a dog/animal??  Sorry to be so dense!  Just in case a fur baby's a dog, my giant schnauzer, max, is driving me a little bonkers.  We put in sod in our backyard which means he has to be off of it completely.  He now can go back there but has to be supervised as he loves to dig and dig and dig!  This is why we had to get a new lawn in the first place!!  

Noah has learned that Max loves Cheerios.  He now throws them on the floor from his high chair & walker just to watch Max eat them.  It's really funny! - jen

Thanks for mentioning fur baby mama's too Lisa!!  I will admit, today is a bit of a tough one, and you put a smile on my face!!  Hope you are having a lovely Mother's Day my friend!!
