Has anyone ever made a rude comment about you being an older pregnant lady?

Just curious if anyone has had someone make any rude comments about being pregnant at an older age or about your trying to get pregnant when they think you are past the age you should?

No. Only when I gained weight did the mail woman think I was pregnant for two years and then told everyone I had an abortion. I finally said I had THREE ROUNDS OF IVF!!!

I don’t live there anymore.

A lot of my family made very rude comments last time I was pregnant.  We lost the baby and still, people were rude instead of supportive. I am almost 5 weeks now and we aren't telling anyone for a while. I don't need the negativity, and if people are being rude to you, neither do you. This is a wonderful, happy time.  You deserve love and support.

Oh my gosh sweetie.  I'm really REALLY sorry.  That's heartless.  How long ago was this?  You doing okay?

Yes, I’ve had my own mother make rude comments to me. She also told everyone in the waiting room, while she was waiting to meet her own grandson (delivery) that I needed to have a tubal ligation. Can you tell that we don’t have a good relationship?

Oh I'm sorry she said that!  I've heard similar things from family too and it's so frustrating!
