Heaviness in chest 33 weeks

hello ladies,

I am 35 and 8 months pregnant with first. Everything has gone wonderfully so far. I woke up this morning with a very heavy feeling in the middle of my chest. Since it has not gone away in a few hours I called my OB and she said to go to the emergency room just to be sure. I am going to do that but was just curious if anyone else has experienced this.

Mine didn't go up to to throat. Mostly just pressure in middle of chest and a little under breast area

I had 2 EKG's. The doc was not concerned with results. They said they think the discomfort is more reflux or stomach or indigestion  or intestine. Gave me some prescription carafate to coat stomach. That stuff is super expensive even with insurance so I gott MYLANTA  and  I have been feeling better today. They said just to watch if discomfort turns into pain or if trouble breathing go right to ER
