Hip Pain in Second Trimester?

I'm 21 weeks pregnant today, have already seen high risk doctor for detailed ultrasound and baby looks perfect! I still can't help but worry about making it to 39 weeks. And I've been having hip pain when I sleep, because I've been sleeping on my sides of course. Anyone else have hip pain this early on? And if so, what do you do to relieve it? I just wonder if it's "normal" to experience hip pain at 21 weeks?

I'm in the same boat. Started having bad hip and back pain since 2nd trimester began. I'm currently 17 weeks and every night I wake up every hour because of the pain. Going to doctor tomorrow and discuss this concern. I can't keep going like this.

Also try stuffing a large amount of pillows/covers between your legs and under your bump seems to take some pressure off x

I had it a few days after I gave birth to my son my hip hasn't gone back to where it should be after the birth. They gave me a few exercises to do and it didn't hurt any more 2 years later I'm pregnant again and it has been so bad since 16 weeks. I'm unable to do the exercises as they don't work with all the relaxing of joints. My advice is to take it easy and after the birth get some Physio therapy in x
