Implant bleeding

Hi, I am a little concerned. Last month my "period" was one day and completely stopped then spotted two days later very little though. My periods have always been unpredictable but I have not started yet this month my boobs have been sore all month and it is the 18th. Im curious to know if this is an implant bleeding or just a period?  I have woke up three days in a row dizzy and nauseated. havent thrown up any but very dizzy. I have had headaches I can not get rid of. I already have two kids but im concerned a third may be on the way. Im nervous to take a test but thought I would get someone elses opinion first. Please HELP lol

Only way to know is take a test with fmu or see a dr for a blood test.  Good luck.

well u need to do a test cuz u have some symptoms of been pregnant  ,,..test hope evrything is for the best
