Inducing labor

I looked up a ton of ways to go into labor I'm past due and still want to do things natural but it seems like nothing has worked so does anyone know any real ways that helped them go into labor?!

I agree with van818. I over carried my daughter 1 week and my son 2 weeks and went into labor right before induction both times. It's hard to wait but it's better to go natural than be induced. I'm already expecting this baby to be late lol I'm due July 27 but I know it will most likely be an August baby lol

Let your baby come when he/she is ready. You have created a lovely comfy home inside you and once your little one has decided they are ready, then labour will start. I think we should all add 2 weeks to our due date then there is no feeling of going past a date that only 4% of babies are actually born on. The last few weeks of pregnancy are tough and do drag on but you'll get to meet your back very soon.

Sadly if anything does work it's a coincidence.  I was late with my first so I hear ya..I even had the dr do 2 membrane sweeps.

I was due yesterday but still nothing. Midwife told me a I could opt for a stretch and sweep on Monday but it was up to me. I am unsure so will ask my doctor when I go in

I feel you completely...I was also overdue by 10days and my doc wanted to induce me but I was totally against it. Then she recommended that I try a Buscopan suppository, and low and behold it worked after 4 hours of inserting that little bullet. Although I was in labor for 24.5hours :( good luck
