Is it almost time??...first time mom.

Okay so I can feel like my belly has dropped but I'm not sure? She definitely feels lower is it almost time for labor? Also I can feel pain in my vagina sometimes it feels like she's moving down there. Is that normal?

Pressure in pelvic/vagina is signs of baby dropping which means "effacing"  Making good progress. I effaced well with my first. This pregnancy? Not at all and I am due in 4 days :(

Baby can move up and down, I felt the same things numerous times.  Go for walks, it helps baby drop more, and the pressure helps ripen your cervix!

I am 37.3 wks and have the same thing.. baby has def. dropped and I am feelinh a lot of pain and pressure in my pelvic region... which from what I know is that hes prepping for his grand entrance.  All thise sharp pains and pressure and increasing b.hicks are just helping the uterus efface the cervix so we can progress further. Soon, you will find out out from ur OB how far you are dialating and effacing. Goodluck..!!

We're almost done...!!!
