Miscarriage at 4 weeks

Bleeding, clot and tissue early pregnancy

I am 4 weeks 3 days. Friday I had a positive beta at 4 weeks (I did IVF) . Saturday night started bleeding heavy like period and cramp passing tussue and small clots until now which is Monday. Today they said beta has gone up but they are comparing to Friday level which I had mild bleeding and I was pregnant for sure. I think I misscarried last night and hcg needs time to drop. Any experiences? Is it chemical?

Thanks a lot for your support. No frozen embryos left. I just had one successful ivf four years ago with a healthy baby. I had frozen left from then which did not work. This time I had four embryos 2 A and 2 B which ended up miscarriage. I just have one more ivf left which I am not hopeful but please pray for me. I want my son have a sibling.

Oh my gosh.  I'm so sorry to hear that.  I', sure this is making you sad and nervous.  Time will tell.  Some women DO bleed during early pregnancy and all is fine.  But for others, what you describe is an early miscarriage.  When do you do your next beta?
