Need some advice.... I am very new at this!

My husband and I recently went to our first visit to the fertility folks.  My husband had a vas-reversal two years ago.  His sperm counts were: 49million total count, 38% motility, and 19million (some other count).  Unfortunately, my labs were not so good.  My prolactin was 52.9 (very high) and my AMH was 0.31 which was very low or undetectable.  I only have one ovary and am going in the morning for bloodwork and to get my Clomid for what they call the "Clomid challenge test".  I will apparently take 5 days of Clomid followed by a blood test.
I am frightened by my test results.  Does this mean that I cannot have a baby at all?  Very nervous.  Please advise any information you may have. I am only 33.
Thanks in advance,

Well, we don't allow bashing on this forum.  Your opinion is as welcome as anyone else's.

I'm not sure I would say though that it is ego.  How to have a baby is as personal as a decision as when to have a baby.  Yes, for some men, having a child that is genetically "theirs' is important.  For some women it is equally as important to have a child using their own eggs.  And that's ok to feel that way.  To say donor eggs is selfish is on par with saying no one should conceive naturally when their are so many abandoned and alone children in the world, so people should only choose adoption.  See my point?  I think it's wonderful if the direction you chose was the right one for you.  And frankly, embryo adoption would be absolutely fine for us as well.  But so many have had their dreams realized through donor eggs, and it's unfair to call them selfish or say that it is because of their male partners egos.  Everyone chooses the route that is right for them, and the decision should stay in their hands.

I have looked into embryo adoption and so far have not had much encouraging news of the subject.  Amazon, thank you for the suggestion, I will definately look into it.  I am open to just about anything...heck, if the stork flew by and dropped a baby on my back lawn I wouldn't question it.  Even a toddler would be fine.  But for those of you where the genetic connection does matter, do not feel guilty or selfish.  This is a highly personal decision to make.

First try your local clinic - I have gotten some from mine
And, lots of women (including me)  on this site have had fabulous success with
COOPER CENTER in New Jersey
They are very affordable
Why do women spend so much - you want my true opinion (I am sure I will get bashed)  I think its because of Ego inflated men who insist on their own sperm.  It is selfish and show a lack of respect for life in my opinion
There are millions of babies out there frozen in time - so sad when you think about it!

Adoption here is 10,000K +.  But if those embryo's are out there, I would take them..happily!

wondering where all those waiting embryos are...surely if it was that easy, people wouldn't be spending $1000s trying to adopt overseas because adopting here takes years and even more $$$

my advice is donor embryos
There are lots waiting for parents and it is a quick process and there are no other "parents"  involved

It doesn't at all mean you cannot have a baby.  It does mean though that you may need some extra help in doing so (so many of us in that boat, it's way more common then you may think).  This could mean anything from fertility drugs to IVF with donor eggs (not saying that is what will happen, just possibilites).  Fortunately ,we live in a time where the vast majority of us can have a baby and assistance is available.  I wish you much success!
