I too have hypothyroidism and have been taking synthroid for a very long time. When I did my ivf cycle the doctors paid very close attention to my TSH levels to  make sure I was on the right dose because your thyroid levels can impact your other hormone levels- and your pregnancy. I was told to make sure that I keep taking my synthroid throughout my pregnancy to keep my levels at the optimum levels.

I have an auto immune disorder (Hashimotos) which directly affects the Thyroid. I take a low dose Synthroid to keep my Thyroid levels normal. The medication doesn't hurt the baby at all.

I do. My TSH was 3.78.  I'm trying to figure out what to do.  I'm trying to find a doc that will do Naturally Desiccated Thyroid replacement hormone therapy.
