any tips to aid conception ladies 35

hi ladies
new to the site
hav any of u ladies any tips on conception and how to maximise my chances of conceiving. im 35. i have 2 kids. they are 7 and 4 but things are different now im the dreaded 35+!!!

LOL. You don't need to dread 35. That used to be considered the cut-off but not anymore. Since you've had children before, you probably won't need too much help. I would start with tracking your ovulation. Good Luck!

I am 35....35 is no longer the dreaded age.....I know lots of women who are 35+ who are having babies.......
track your ovulation, take pre-natal pills, use your body's natural signs to monitor your fertility.....that is the best you can do.....
we tried for four months monitoring my cycle on  a free site called mymonthlycycles.com (I just put in first day of cycle and computer did the rest), and by using when it said my fertile days we was when we were most active...... after four months we found out we were pregnant and are now two months along.....
I didn't do all the temp. testing, cm testing, etc. like some some sites recommend, I just put in my first cycle day to this website and then three days before my fertility window we got active and continued until two days after the window daily......
