It took a while to get used to the monitor and I did have a cycle or two when it didn't pick my peak day. Keep testing and if you have af, make sure to set the monitor up again for the next cycle and it may start testing you earlier. A few cycles I have forwarded the monitor to cd 5 when I was really on cd 2 just so that it would let me test sooner. Since the monitor is just taking your data, it will take time for it to tell you to test on the right time.

Could it be that something is wrong with your sticks? Like too old?
You may want to try 2 different types of tests: the ones for your digital monitor and a regular pack of sticks.
But there is also the possibility that you are not ovulating or ovulating poorly :-( There was only time when my digital monitor did not predict an ovulation for me but I got pregnant this one cycle! But I miscarried, a blighted ovum, so I guess my ovulation was not very good, I had a sac growing for weeks but the embryo had stopped very early.
Drink a lot of water to increase your mucus!!!
And I am testing first thing in the morning, peeing in a cup and holding it for 10-15 seconds.
I started on cd 8. It's the kind with the smiley face. No settings I'm aware of. I just got it last week.
I doubt Ive ovulated. Last two cycles I tried to predict by the cm method. I got ewcm on day 8 & 9. So far, no cm at all. : (
I'm gettin a little worried. Last two cycles were longer than norm. 27 & 28 days. That also doesn't jive with when I got ewcm, but I wasn't using the monitor then either. But both months we had sex every other day covering the whole span of possible ovulation - and no pg.
I'll be 40 in November. I REALLY wanted it to happen before then.
Hey, my OB asked that I begin on my last day of my period since my cycle is shorter than 28 days. When did you start?
Is it a monitor with 2 settings: low, high, ovulation? I have the older version of the Clearblue monitor with the 3 settings (no smiley face). With the 3 settings, you should be in the high setting right now, soon to be in the ovulation setting.
Do you test first thing in the morning? I have found that peeing in a cup and immersing the stick for # 10 seconds works better than peeing directly on the stick. Leave the stick in the cup until you see the 1st band starting to move then take it out and put it on a flat surface and wait for 3 minutes (I think it's 3 minutes).
