Pain at 28 Weeks

Hi ladies,

Question for all of you.  I am currently 28 weeks and 4 days pregnant.  We had a growth ultrasound and cervical check 2 weeks ago and all was looking good.  Baby was in the transverse position and was measuring a full 2 weeks ahead of schedule.  Today I have been expriencing some pain I have never felt before-it is very low-in my crotch.  Not sure if it can be classified as in my pelvis.  It is painful and feels as if there is some pressure.  I have NO other signs of any sort of preterm labor-just this pain.  Anyone else experience this or know what it could be?  Thanks so much for any help you can give.

I also felt all kinds of pulls, cramps etc. during my pregnancy.  I also believe in the thought "when in doubt, call your OB".  Usually its nothing to worry about, but always best to err on the side of caution.

I am 30 weeks tomm. with twins.  since starting my third trimester, I have felt all kinds of pings, pangs, cramps, etc.  I ALWAYS call my MD and so far, it has been that my uterus is stretching.  Pressure and pin in lower abdomen, just the same as you.

I cna't help explain the pain you're having but I'd suggest you call your ob-gyn. Maybe baby moved, but it's best to have a doctor's opinion.
