Pregnancy after LEEP surgery

Hi, I'm 35 and just found out i am pregnant with my 3rd. Still in a little shock as my husband and myself didn't plan this and took precaution however here we are.
My question is Has anyone around my age had LEEP Surgery prior to being pregnant and how did it all go. I had LEEP Surgery 10 months ago and ended up in Hospital twice after this due to hemorrhaging of which i then had to be re-cotterised. :O
I worry that my Cervix won't be strong enough and may lose the baby half way through pregnancy. I've yet to discuss this with my Gp as getting an appointment is near impossible!
I'm approx 5 weeks pregnant.
Thanks

You need to talk to your doctor or midwife they should be able to let you have a near enough normal pregnancy the slight difference is you may end up with an early baby as well as a C-section. Good luck and congratulation all the best

I had a LEEP procedure done in 2008. I got pregnant 3weeks after the procedure. My pregnancy was very difficult. I dilated early and was put on bed rest. All that weight was too much for my cervix to hold. I was able to keep my son inside till they took him at 35weeks.
Im now pregnant with my second. Im 32weeks. This pregnancy cervix wise has been so so much better. I think its because its been so long after the procedure. I got my cervix checked every 4weeks with an internal ultrasound till 28weeks. Its just now starting to thin out. The only complain i have now is whenever my daughter moves her head it hurts so bad. My nerve around my cervix is more exposed than the average pregnant women who hasn't had the procedure.
