Round Ligament Pain

I've been having these sharp jabbing type of pains/zaps in my lower abdomen...but uncertain if it's round ligament pain because it doesn't just occur when I get up out of bed or change positions. It happens sometimes even when I'm sitting on the couch relaxing or standing in the kitchen preparing food?! I'm turning 40 on October 22nd and am 19 weeks pregnant. Just super paranoid because I've had 2 miscarriages in the past. Thoughts?
