Runny nose

im 30 week pregnant and I have a runny nose/ cold and it's very uncomfortable to sleep. What can I do or take?

You poor thing! Pretty much use saline solution to clear out your nose and sudafed was cleared by my doc. Just normal sudafed. I would ask your doc for sure though :) I Hope you feel better soon!
