Shocking sensation in breast

Can anyone offer advice????? I wrote earlier this week about only one breast hurting in another forum. My right breast has been having these electric like zinging pains in it that shoot across and the pain is very fleeting. This has been going on for about 3 weeks. For about the past 7 days I've also had an extremely painful right breast that exceeds normal pains throughout the typical cycle. I'm 26 and I'm not sure what could be causing only one breast to be painful and not the other and what's causing the shocking pain in the same breast!  I'm currently 7 dpo and 8 days away from AF. If I had the pain in both I would think that perhaps I AM preggo but I only have it in the right one.
Have any of you experienced anything similar to this? What do you think it could be?  I've heard of estrogen dominace doing this but is it normal for it to be only one breast?
I appreciate any advice as i don't know what to think!

Thanks. You're probably right...hormones. I'm not worried about breast cancer...just frustrated with the pain. However, this morning I woke up and it was all gone!! It's slowly becoming tender again but not nearly as bad as it was yesterday!
Thanks for the input!

I had the same experiance about a year ago. iwas convinced that i had brest cancer since i knew i was not pregnant. i went to 2 different doctors whom both gave me a breast exam. I even had a mammagram done. turns out to be nothing. It went away after about a month or so. maybe it was just hormones
