TTC after miscarriage and weight loss surgery.

I conceive on 2nd round of 100mg of clomid, last June. Only to discover that i miscarried that following August. Took a break from ttc. Now I'm back ttc I wanted to reunite with the community and let you all know what im doing as far as medications and supplements. I'm currently taking supplements fish oil, epo, prenatal w/ dha, folic acid 800mg, B6 and B12. I will be placed back on 100 mg of clomid for cd 3-7. While I'm currently taking these supplements have you taken red clover tops and red raspberry leaf tea? If so what is your regime and how long did it take you to conceive?

I love RRL and Red Clover too.  I actually have combination tea with Oatstraw and Nettles too.  My prenatal vitamin Rainbow Light Complete has Red Raspberry Leaf in it and I started taking these before we conceived to help tone my uterus up.  If you get the prenatals then you wouldn't even need to have the tea as a supplement.  It's cheaper to buy the vitamins on Amazon, you can find some good deals.  Most prenatals make me sick but these didn't and they didn't constipate me either.  So definitely something to check into.  I have used RRL in all 3 of my pregnancies.

Welcome back, and good luck on ttc!

I only take prenatals, low dose asprin and fish oil.  I have heard a lot of contradictory things about red raspberry leaf tea.  I would check with your Dr. even with natural supplements as many believe that red raspberry leaf tea is actually harmful in pregnancy.  Remember, just because it's natural does not always mean it's good for you.

Best of luck!!
