Know your periods. Those cheap ovulation predictors from drug store or dollar store are helpful, as well.

Don't go to the bathroom right after having sex. Stay laying down for 10-15 minutes. It worked for me!

A ttc app helps you keep track of your attempts & temperature & if it's all falling in the correct times. We tried for almost a year & after seeing my doc I had polycystic ovaries. I had to change my diet ect & we were pregnant within the month. So go see you doc also & advised them you're trying & want to make sure your health isn't going to be a negative factor in it all.

I always suggest a very informative book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. I had a ton less stress about ttc after reading it (and temp-ing/charting my cycles). It took me almost 5 months before I actually ovulated, after coming off bc pills...not something I would have realized without keeping track of my temps. Good luck on your ttc journey!
