a MUST have

Ok so I have a  MUST HAVE for you ladies.
It is the JJ COLE BUNDLE ME LITE from Babies R Us (there is a heavier one for those who live in COLD weather)  A friend got it for me and I thought I will NEVER use this LOL well it actuall got COLD the next few days in Florida and it came in handy and then for our COLD trip to Illinois,  but better yet.....
the top zips off and the bottom part can stay on the car seat and protects it from spit up and diaper explosions.  I cant imagine what my car seat would likelike right now after only 9 weeks with all the spit up etc.....I have washed it twice and it is so easy to put on...unlike taking the car seat apart...
as for colors mine is tan and looks like it was meant for our carseat/stroller but my friend uses the tan one  in her black/green stroller saying it is`worth clashing to keep the stroller clean.
Just wanted to share this with everyone as it is the BEST THING EVER :O)

from what I understand, the theory is that anything between the baby and her car straps give the straps room to move or wiggle - they are supposed to be snug against baby - I'd take her in her car seat to a local fire department or to your local emergency service and ask them to check everything out - its a good thing anyways to have your car seat installation checked if you did not have it installed by a professional

Rebecka,
I will have to look into that...I have the light one and it is soooo thin and the straps  actually have velcro holes they slide through...but definately worth double checking.
Saraya thanks you

Hey Sheila - our local emergence services recommends that you DON"T use the bottom portion - they say you should never put anything between baby and the straps - it creates wiggle room if you were ever in an accident - they recommend if you use the Bundle Me that you only use the top portion and you lay it over the baby and the straps and tuck it in like a blanket over the straps -  I would think its great for a stroller, etc but I know my friend who installs the car seats said not to use it in the car seat - its a shame too cause the ones with the fleece lining look so nice and warm
