swollen feet

Im 36 weeks i have been getting very swollen from my legs and feet i try to raise them and it doesnt even help. What can i do?

You can get compression socks at your drug store. I lived in mine the whole time I was pregnant.

I don't eat salty foods..could it be that im not walking very much? I try keep my feet up at night but when i wake the pillows np where to be found haha

Watch your salt intake and lots of water how is your blood pressure ? Sit up and elevate your feet dont lay all the way down hope the swelling gets better mama

Ask your doctor if compression stockings would be a good idea.
