Rubbing Vicks or heat cream will help get rid of bruising as it makes all the blood move quickly in that area where applied.
Im a phlebotomist (blood collector) and I suggest this to patients who have to take blood thinners.

hope this helps and your bruising goed away.
Clexane injections arent very nice - I still have a massive bruise on my tummy from injections last week (I havent done the vicks or heat cream on it)
