baby not dropped

hello to all the mommies.... I am 36w+1day.....but my baby is not dropped yet into the birth canal?? Is it normal?? Or i have to wait for some more weeks? My doc has advised me for daily 1 hour walk...... Awaiting ur suggestions and advices.

I'm not sure because last week in the doc office I was checked and they said my baby was in the 0 station and now they are saying he is in the -2 station which would mean he backed up out of my pelvic and I am confused. I already have 5 kids & never heard of this. Walking should help but sometimes babies don't drop into the birth canal until actual labor.

Walkin will help hun im 37weeks+2 nd i walk everywhere i go i think ii was walkin to much my baby head is reel low im in so much pain but walk that will help if ur doctor said walk then walk

I don't think yo ucan make your baby drop by walking  :)
You still have a month to go; your baby will drop when he/she is ready.  This is not unusual.
