today was the last day of my period and i dont understand the tracker thing what are the best days to get pregnant?

Now me. I took a OPK test today and it was POS.  exactly 2 wks before my mxt period that I REALLY REALLY HOPE I DONT HAVE.. Last month I had post opk on the 13 ,14. So I O early this month..  Its really different for everyone, and it could be different every monthe just depends... GOOD LUCK ...MARY:)

If it helps at all, we had sex on day 14 after the start of my period which was the day I conceived...so the girls are right on.

Cycle day 1 is the first day of your period.  I would start baby dancing cycle day 10.  Much depends on how long your cycles are.  The average women will ovulate approximately 14 days prior to the start of her period, although that is certainly not carved in stone.  For example, if from the day you start your period to the day you start your next is 28 days, you probably ovulate around day 14.  It is best to baby dance prior to ovulation, so your most fertile days would be day 12-15.  Unless you are tracking ovulation it is tough to know for certain and we women have been known to ovulate earlier or later then "typical".  Try an ovulation predictor kit.  They worked for me and many others here.  Good luck.

so does that mean that after u finish up my last day of my period i do the baby making thing 12 days after then 2 days after that?

We were told to BD every other day starting from CD 10 - CD 20

Sounds good to me. I have a 26 day cycle n O on my 13th day so we usually have our "special time" on the 12th.

Hi, I'll let you know what my doctor told me this month because I had the same question.  She said it doesn't matter how long your cycle is.  Plan on having sex on the 12th, 14th, 16th and 18th day of your cycle, this gives you the best chance of getting pregnant without having to chart your bbt, observe cervical mucus or use an ovulation predictor kit.  I am still charting my bbt's and using the kit and checking my cervical mucus, but I'm also taking her advice on the days to perform the baby dance.  Hope this helps.
