Yes, keep yourself very hydrated. I have been plauged by dehydration issues this entire pregnancy & I drink a minimum of 60 oz a day but it's been a hot summer where I live. I started having braxton hicks at 26 weeks due to dehydration. I recently learned that dehydration is one of the leading cause of preterm labor so drink up hon! It's the best thing you could do.
I'm 22wks and getting really strong ones about 5 or 6 times a day, started at 18wks. Dr said its fine, some women can feel them from 12wks, but they are annoying. Just trying to stay hydrated and empty my bladder regularly.
