I just had my baby a week ago and he was breech.  Dr strongly discouraged an inversion so had to do a c section.   Good luck

Is it your first?  If it is then they don't tend to turn after about 36-38 weeks, but if not they can be turning right up to couple of hours befor the labour :)

Walk some stairs and squats to0... I think you can ask your.doctor to flip baby from the outside... But I hear it is painful.

Squats and yoga help some. Ice never really does anything. Sleeping on your left aide everynight should help as well, focus on positions such aa the downward dog to help you. Thats my best bet, your doctor or midwife should have more accurate advice for you if that helps.
