I got a bumper quilt set. My sister in law told me that your supposed to now use circular blankets and sheets. I have no idea! Im still putting it on but on the outside and hang the quilt over the bottom till im ready to use it. Its too cute.

Bumpers and quilts are not good, it raises risk of sids. Ill use a mesh bumper to keep babies arms from getting stuck or from paci from falling out onto floor.

From all the books and research I have read they say not to use a quilt or blanket and bumper pads in the crib while baby is sleeping.  No toys or stuffed animals either...only thing that should be in the crib is a good fitted sheet and baby. I don't plan on buying a set like that...they have wearable blankets that will keep baby warm.  Also I have seen mesh bumpers,  I'm still doing research on those but when the baby starts rolling I don't want their limbs to get caught in the bars so the mesh ones would be better then regular bumpers.  Again, this is just what I have read in multiple places, I'm a first time mom and nervous so I read everything lol.
