The family wants nachos for super and I was curious if the ready made cheddar cheese sauce is safe for me to eat while pregnant.. anyone know?

I actually ate a bunch of that canned Nacho Cheese and my doctor says my baby is Completely healthy amd it never made me feel sick, you may have a different reaction but it was perfectly okay for me

I agree with all the pasteurized cheese but this also goes for juices and milk....just to add I would stay away from deli counters where they slice cheese for you or meat..., you can contract listeria which you would be ok fighting but your unborn baby may not......stick with prepackaged

id say it was safe, google cheeses to avoid during pregnancy then look at the ingredients in your sauce but id say its safe i eat cheddar all the time
