I don't see why that would be a problem. If you worked out before you were pregnant then you're fine to continue working out. I would think it should be okay. Just don't go overboard on it :)
Yes you can as long as there are no complications and you do not over do it. Exercise is advised during pregnancy but do not exceed what you would have normally done before you were pregnant. Short light sessions should be fine, anymore than that and you would need to check with your midwife or doctor
