face swollen

I woke up to the right side of my face swollen and a slight head ache would that have something to do with my blood pressure I'm 38 w I'm just a little bit worried

Completely agree, i had major swelling in my first pregnanct which was ignored by my midwife. When i was in labour they told me i had pre-eclampsia, wish you well good luck be safe !! XX

Any sudden face swelling should be taken extremely serious. Don't mean to scare you, but get to the hospital right away
