my baby girl has been being watched for iugr since about 25 weeks. i am not 37+6 and am being induced on wednesday the 20th. she has grown fine, she's between 5.5 and 6 pounds :) i am very excited to see my baby girl in three days!
But, my mom was also told that i was an iugr baby and i am not :) i was only 5 pounds and 13 ounces when i was born.  i wouldn't worry too much! some people just aren't meant to have big babies :) GOOD LUCK!

I am in the same boat love! I'm 32 weeks, and my fundal height measures 29. I had a growth scan at 31 weeks, baby is perfectly healthy, but he measures up in the 20th percentile. No one is particularly worried about it as everything else is fine, but i'm having another scan at 35 weeks to see if he is still growing and by how much. I had the same issue with my son 10 years ago he was born at 38 weeks weighing only 4lb 14oz, perfectly healthy. Docs just think i have small babies.

If your doc says its ok i think dont stress about it. Am 26 weeks and hardly gained any weight but ultrasound and doc says baby is ok. Yes some pple might have smaller babies and some bigger babies but remember the real growyh spurt of babies is after 24 weeks when they start filling up on the structure that has been forming. Work with your doctor and share your concerns with him or her of you are worried.
