not sure

So I had my check up yesterday and the doc was kinda rough checking my cervix like she practicly fisted me lol at least that's what it felt like. Anyway I've never bled or anything after an exam but I had a feeling I would this time because it hurt. So I did a little nothing major but the thing is I can't tell if it caused me to lose my mucus plug or not its been coming out every so often as brownsh mucus stuff its nasty but I would no for sure if it was if it wasn't for that exam cuz with my last preg it just came out and I new but now I'm not sure? Could it be it or is it just spotting from the exam?

Its probably both your probly spotting from the exam but when they check you it can cause you to lose your plug or start dialating. After my 36 week check I lost my whole plug it had a bit of blood. Then after my last check on teusday I have had lots of mucous every day. Was spotting the first day but not anymore I'm pretty sure its just from me starting to dilate. That's probly whats going on with you.
