positive pregnancy test just 5 weeks after misscarriage

hi everyone, may 9 i misscarried after only finding out i was pregnant 2 days prior. june 10 positive pregnancy test followed by a pos blood test. my doctor repeated my blood work 2 days later it went from 684 to 1830. i have been have major bloating right away and gasey, headaches, sore sensitive nipples. i then had my bloodwork repeated 4 days later which went from 1830 to 8810 approx. i then went for a ultrasound and there was only some fluid in my uterus and nothing else was seen. i am really scared i have been havong no pain except for being real bloated. i dont understand how my bloodwork can shownim about 5 weeks pregnant and there was nothing shown in the ultrasound. they checked to make sure here was no mole in my uterus which was not seen. has anyone been through this and what was your outcome?

I agree, I would wait for the follow up u/s until worrying.  Your early, and if you had miscarried not long ago, it's very possible your dates are off.  Good luck to you!

I agree that 5 weeks can be too early for a lot of people to see anything on an ultrasound.  Did your doctor tell you to come back for a second ultrasound in a week to ten days?

it is common to not be able to see anyhting on a 5 week u/s. sometimes its just too early. I would get another u/s done in a week. Your numbers are looking great!!

Oh, excuse me, I mis-read your dates.  You miscarried in May, and then in June you had positive tests that kept going up and up, right?   Did you have a test between May 9 and June 10 that said your levels were way down?

If your tests kept going up and up and up, why do you think you miscarried?
