I just did that the other day. Hurt like a b*tch. Clean it with saline and apply some antibiotic ointment- wear breathable, cotton panties. Do that every day for about 5 days.  Don't put vasoline or baby oil on it. Vasoline breeds infections on open wounds and baby oil will only irritate it.

Ask hubby to cut it for you. Otherwise, I would use what is suggested or vaseline on the cut. The baby oil may cause you to get vaginosious.

Baby oil is not good for it. Wash it clean and apply a triple antibiotic or neosporin.  I don't usually recommend those but it will keep sweat and discharge out of the cut.

If it were me I'd try to put some neosporin on it. But it depends on where the cut is. Lately I've only been trimming and not quite getting rid of everything because I too cannot see. Lol. But it's short enough that I'm comfortable without causing razor burn our anything else. Otherwise I think you'll just have to not worry about it. Use a hand mirror to check how it is healing and keep it clean of course.

Maybe put neosporin and pretty much just bare with the pain.  Sorry dont have any other suggestions.  I gave up on shaving after I couldn't reach underneath anymore with my first pregnancy so as not to cut myself.
