7.5 wks per dating ultrasound..bright red spotting light cramping

Hi just had my dating u/s wed. Baby looked fine 141 heartbeat and still had yoke sac.tech said thats normal..ive had light cramping on right side and just had smsll amount of bright red blod..sorry if tmi but only one wipe & gone scared to check again..is this normal or should i call midwife

Thanks ladies..saw midwife today everything looks good..she said it looks like residule from a small cysts

I would. In the meantime, take it easy and do a mini bedrest. It is what finally stopped my bleeding when I was about the same point where you are. I'm now 27 weeks with a healthy little girl so far.
