what can i do to make me give birth

Hey I'm 37 weeks prego. What can i do to make myself give birth fast. I'm 4cm open n having pains but my doctor sent me home.. please help lol

Iv tried everything i was 3cm 2 week ago had labour start 3 times but it just stops :( iv tried castor oil, trampolining,sex,walking etc iv even had a sweep im 39wk and nothing is happening

the only thing you can do is to stay active and upright, so do lots of walking if you can, sounds weird but vaccuming  etc anything to get your body moving, you dont have far to go until your in active labour, your considered in active labour once you hit 5 cm, so its a case of letting gravity help you get there :)
