5 weeks and confused

I am 10 months PP and we've been trying to conceive again since January. My cycles have were good since first month after baby was born up until January. Since then they've been a bit off. I had an ovarian cyst Burt at the end of January.

Fast forward to April 27. Tested negative. Got my period the 28th until May 1st and have been spotting since then. Tested today and got two positives from different brands of pregnancy tests.

Has anyone else got what seems to be their period and spotting to go on to have a normal pregnancy? Or is his more likely a miscarriage/tubal pregnancy?

I've had two miscarriages before my daughter but it was never like this!
