2 toddlers and expecting!

I currently have a 2 year old (32 months) son and and 1 year old (17 months) daughter. I'm expecting our 3rd child Jan 1, our children will be 2 and 3 by then. Im nervous of how difficult it is going to be with two toddlers and a new born. We wanted to have our kids close in age. Has anyone else gone through this situation and give me a few pointers?

I have a 5, 4 and 2 year old, and am 27 weeks with number 4.  So when #3 was born I had a  year old and a 3 year old.  I actually found the adjustment from 2 to 3 much easier then adjusting from 1 to 2.
The two older ones were very good at keeping each other entertained while I was caring for baby.  I absolutely love having them all close in age, all three of them now have so much fun together, and are so close.  I'm hoping 3 to 4 is as smooth off a transition for me!
