Scan dates

Hi. So I can't really ask anyone these questions so here it goes. My lip was 2/26. I had sex 3/9 with ejaculate. According to calculations I should have ovulated the 3/11. But i also had sex (drunk) on 3/23. I've had dating scans that are matching up to conception around the 11-13th, but I also had what I thought was implantation bleeding on 3/27. Which would be too late to be implantation. So I'm wondering if there is a chance I got pregnant from the 23rd? My first pregnancy test was positive on 4/1. So I don't know how this all works. In just scared. Please give me some feedback. Hopefully positive. I'be been beating myself up

Also, spotting can happen at any time and is completely normal so it was most likely not implantation bleeding. I spotted throughout my first trimester

I'm guessing there are 2 different guys involved in this scenario if you're scared about when you conceived? The dating scan is likely most accurate if it was done early enough, so if the doctor ie saying you conceived around the 11-13 then you very well may have.

Yeah there was a drunken night. But he didn't ejaculate. I think I'm just worrying about the what ifs and how devastating it would be. But my periods have always been pretty regular so I should have ovulated around the 11
