I was told drink something sweet or cold and lay on your left side for an hr and if you don't feel your baby go to labor and delivery.

my doctor told me that the baby sleeps when you're up walking around throughout the day and then at night when you relax or if you're just sitting relaxing the babie is awake moving

I read that if you don't feel anything in a while, drink some fruit juice, be still and relax in a position you normally feel movement.  Wait a little while and see what happens. Then I'd call your doctor.

Get it checked out !!! The say if you don't feel 10 separate movements in 2 hours that it not enough... So depends on what you think it's best call your midwife/doctor and tell them about it
