Im 31 weeks and i have the same thing my dr said it hurts because my ligaments are streching but yu should ask your doctor n see just in case
Take Tylenol, when you get home take a warm bath to take pressure off stomach and the pain your having. Lay down and elevate your feet.
I would love to read some advice people give you since I have the same issue.
