6 weeks need advice

Ooohkay i need advice.... to my calculations im 6w 1d to my drs calc im 6w 4d i had an ultrasound today and they saw a gestational sac but no baby no heartbeat. They retested my hcg today and it was 6000. I started off with only a 35 hcg 48 hrs after 86 then 212 and now 6000.....
to me its rising great...
today after my ultrasound my nurse seemed very certain there was no baby.... could i be too early? Shes being extremely negative. Im reaching out bc i feel like i could still be okay but i understand i may be too close to the situation to just realize its a no go.

Any help or advice is appreciated.

What amount of time elapsed between your hCG level of 212 and the present level of 6,000?

The hospital was surprised to find a heart beat for my bubbs at 5 weeks. ..
From what i have been told they might not be able to see/hear the heart beat until 8 weeks. .
Try to keep positive..
I know is easier said than done though.

Yes they should. But ive had really bad nurses. I had a horrible ultrasound tech the other day and then the doctor came in and redid the whole thing because the tech didnt get the right pictures.
