9 weeks

Constipation what can I do or take cause I go days without poop and makes my belly hurt really bad and makes me vomit.... any suggestions appreciated

My doc told me mix 3 equal parts of grape, apple, and prune juice and a spoon of benefiber. I too had the same problem also snacking on prunes or dried plums, yogurt like activia or any that help with digestion and fiber bars as a last resort milk of magnisia gets u going fast but thats ur last resort

Water, lots of water... If you know of any drinks or food that makes you go, then try that...i use to be lactose intolerant,  so when i was constipated i would drink milk and wait about 5min.

There is a probiotic called bio kult i just started taking and it works wonders

I drink lots of water..apple..or cranberry juice...drink and eat healthy things especially if it contains plenty of fiber..fiber helps your digestive system..going days without a bile movement is never a good sign
