Always tired

I'm 12 weeks now and still feeling fatigue no matter how much sleep I get. I have to work full time to stay afloat. Is there anything I can do to have more energy?

I work nights and have the same problem. Nap when you can...i often have to choose between chores and a nap. Nap usually wins! Brief walks do help also.

I read somewhere that even taking a short walk, however weird it sounds, could actually make you feel more energized. It's worth a shot! But yes, I too would imagine that just getting as much rest as you can will hopefully keep you afloat until you reach your second trimester. Good luck!

Apples are a good way to stay energized, that and water can help.

Usually the exhaustion will start to get better once you reach your second trimester so you're almost there. All you can really do for now is let yourself get as much sleep as you need and keep eating healthy.
