Be really careful.  Baby will come when baby is ready.  Don't do anything that could hurt either of you.  It's not worth it!

Casteroil in scrambled eggs can work, or even trying seal cleaning the house. And a good brisk walk for a few miles.

Raspberry Leaf tea helps you contract better (when you have them) the fresher the leaves the better so if you have a tea store in town try there.

What worked for me was a pedicure followed by a deep foot massage, I started labor a few hours later.

Sadly if you're baby/body isn't ready they might not work.

Finally went in to labour last night. My contractions are about five minutes apart but I'm not dilating that fast so I'm at home instead of the hospital. Try having sex standing up I'm pretty sure that's what did it for me in the end. Good luck x

If you can get it rasbery tea leaf. I went from being 0 cm dilated to 2 in 2days but had I have drank more and found it sooner I wouldn't have needed to be induced.
I read the tea leafs and evening primrose tablets in your privet area at night will help speed things up I read after I had my son that people have been useing them 1 at night 1 in the day speeds up labour massively.
I live in the uk and found it in Holland and Barrett after looking for over a week in so many shops.
